Abstract
In this study, a multicenter retrospective cohort study was conducted, which included all 754 patients operated on in 8 hospitals in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Volgograd and Kislovodsk for one year for acute cholecystitis. To assess the results of surgical treatment, the classification of the severity of complications - Accordion was modified by adding a score to assess the severity of complications and taking into account the severity of intraoperative complications; an integral complications severity index (ISCI) was developed. The proposed modification and ISCI allowed to compare the results and safety of various surgical interventions, their combinations in acute cholecystitis of mild and moderate severity.
