A Strategic Treatise on the Integration of the Elderly Medicare, Health and Welfare Systems

Abstract

A personal view on current problems of the integration of the elderly medicare Systems in Japan was described An active and constructive insistence from medical point of views has urgently been needed to promote the efficient integration of the elderly medicare, health and welfare Systems. A Strategic approach on two aspects of this problem, the systematization of the elderly medicare itself and the integration of the elderly medicare, health and welfare Systems was presented and discussion was made on current problems in dispute. © 1997, Japanese Society of National Medical Services.
