Uma reflexão sobre a autonomia e a liderança na enfermagem

Abstract

The article reflects on the concepts of autonomy and leadership in nursing and how they relate to professional practice, especially in Chile. Existing constraints are analyzed and, ultimately, suggestions are made to guide nurses on leading care and care management in an autonomous way.
