Amphipoda (Crustacea) of the family Aoridae (Corophiidea) from Rodrigues, Indian Ocean

Abstract

A new species of Bemlos Shoemaker and a new species of Globosolembos Myers (Amphipoda, Corophiidea) are described from Rodrigues. Extended descriptions are given of previously incompletely described species of Bemlos and Ritaumius. A total of nine species of Aoridae are recorded from this Indian Ocean island, where Amphipoda had never previously been collected.
