Abstract

Mono- and few-atomic-layered BN and C x-BN nanosheets are fabricated in high yield through the blowing B- and N-containing polymers into large, thin-walled bubbles by chemically released hydrogen gas followed by subsequent annealing. Copyright © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
