1. The interrelationship of WC, FMLA, and ADA can present challenges to the employer in relation to liability and compliance. 2. Successful management of WC, FMLA, and ADA in the workplace encompasses a holistic model of disability management. 3. The nurse's role presents an opportunity to centralize the management of WC, FMLA, and ADA to assure compliance, fairness, and consistency in benefit application.
