Abstract

The flower-like hierarchical polyoxometalate (POM)-Dopamine nanostructure has successfully been synthesized in a ratio (1:1) from (POM) as Phosphotungstic (PTA) acid (kegging-type) with Dopamine in Tris-HCl tris [aminomethane] at pH [10.00-8.8] and then aging using Microwave technique for 12 min, the result color powder was greenish-yellow. The SEM analysis revealed that the prepared nanostructure had a like-flower nanostructure that appropriate shapes for applied as Furosemide drug delivery in vitro. The loading of Furosemide on this prepared nanostructure surface was built at 4 h. Both prepared samples were subjected to XRD analysis, which revealed that the nanostructure and loaded Furosemide drug on its surface had been successfully prepared. The amount of Furosemide drug-loaded and released was calculated using (UV/Vis) spectroscopy at 270 nm The releasing of Furosemide drug was applied in acidic and neutral mediums and deduced that the maximum efficiency for releasing appeared at neutral medium.
