Abstract

The identification and characterization of core-values in collaborative networks is an important element for the identification of a potential for conflicts. This paper introduces an approach, based on causal models and graph theory, for the analysis of core-values alignment in networked organisations. The potential application of this approach is also discussed in the VO breeding environment context. © 2008 International Federation for Information Processing.
