Abstract

This study assessed GATE/MPRJ professionals' perceptions of the SEI and PRODATA systems, focusing on Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Ease of Use, Testability and Demonstrability of Results. The majority perceived the systems as advantageous, compatible and easy to use, but there were reservations about testability and demonstration of results. The qualitative analysis highlighted improvements in information and process management, despite initial learning challenges and the need for ongoing training. It is concluded that the digital transformation at GATE/MPRJ is successful, but requires ongoing support to maximise the benefits.
