Una nueva especie de altopedaliodes forster, 1964 (Lepidoptera: Nymphalidae: Satyrinae) de la cuenca alta del río bogot á, Colombia

Abstract

A new species is proposed provisionally in the genus Altopedaliodes Forster, 1964 based on specimens collected in the project "Butterflies Diversity in the Bogota River Basin". The proposed species is sympatric with Altopedaliodes cocytia cocytia (C. Felder & R. Felder, 1867) and Altopedaliodes nebris (Thieme, 1905) being typical of the sub-paramo and paramo region in the eastern cordillera of Colombia.
