Abstract

Management philosophy is a new branch of philosophical knowledge, which is designed to serve as a philosophical and methodological basis, providing the holistic perception and essential understanding of social management phenomenon. The existing points of view on the subject and object of management philosophy are compared, the ontological aspect of management philosophy is revealed. The place of social management phenomenon in the system of social being is shown, the content of philosophical-methodological problems of management activity is revealed.
