Abstract
Immunoelectrochemiluminescence is reviewed with 54 references. The basic principles and techniques used in immunoelectrochemiluminescence are given in details. Also, the application of eletrochemiluminescence to immunoassay. is described, including, direct, sandwich-type and competitive formats. The further development is outlooked.
