Abstract

The research objective was to determine the accuracy of the diagnosis code and cause injury beyond the injury inpatients based on ICD-10. This type of research is descriptive with the approach of retrospective study was with non-random techniques sampling.Pengumpulan data by observation. Data were analyzed descriptively. Hasill research shows that 3 code inaccurate and accurate code 47 and 41 external cause code is not written and 9 injuries and exit summary form patients consisted of error election Block, Sub-digit blocks and errors on the 4th and 5th.
