The relation between interstellar OH and other simple molecules

Abstract

We discuss the close relation between the column densities of interstellar OH and CH molecules. Our results are obtained on the basis of 10 new sightlines. The OH molecule seems not to be spatially con-elated with either CH+ or CN simple species. © ESO 2009.
