Abstract

[This address was presented by Harold Kroto as the Nishina Memorial Lecture at Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, on November 5, 1998.] I have various possible presentations that I could give depending on what I feel I should speak about - in fact I have about four hours worth so I had better get started.
