Abstract
How did we come to evoke questions relative to the sexual intimacy of the persons on the radio waves in the seventies? This article analyses the way the public appropriated the new standards of sexual behaviour promoted by the radio program « Sexual Responsibility & raquo; animated by Menie Gregoire on the waves of RTL from 1967 till 1980. The question raised in this paper is to know whether the public formulation of the right for sexual pleasure and the various knowledge which were established to process the sexual dysfunctions rationalize behaviours or if the claiming for sexual pleasure in the public space encourage the building of new rights, notably for the women. The study of the mails sent to Menie Gregoire shows that the question of the sexual pleasure constitutes a resource to re-negotiate the balance of power within the couple. © Nouveau Monde éditions.
