Abstract

This paper presents a harmonic analysis of the voltage and current signals at PCC of a grid connected Micro Solar PV Power Plant. The analysis is performed using an ICA based method for harmonic extraction. The results showed the presence of more than forty harmonic on both current and voltage. The response at time domain, even under time-varying conditions, enables the instantaneous THD calculation.
