Informational and analytical system to diagnose anemia

Abstract

This paper deals with creation of informational and analytical system for determining the types of anemia, based on a diagnostic method that will allow to specify and correct the prescribed treatment, and to determine the stage of the disease. The developed system for result processing of biochemical blood test will calculate the absolute (and relative) deviation from the norm by a particular indicator and it will identify the dynamics of these changes, create a list of possible causes for the increase or decrease in value of components and indicators biochemical analysis of blood. The system should simulate the processes of human experts who can reliably achieve diagnostic separability by pattern analysis.
