Abstract

Oceanimonas doudoroffii ATCC 27123T is an obligately aerobic Gramnegative rod of the class Gammaproteobacteria. It was first isolated from surface seawater off the coast of Oahu, HI, USA, in 1972. The predicted genome size is 3,832,938 bp (G+C content, 60.03%), which contains 3,524 predicted coding sequences.
