Abstract

Luetoma of pregnancy is an unusual ovarian lesion. It is a hormonally dependent, self-limited process, although it can be confused with a neoplasm. A case of multiple luteomata, discovered incidentally at cesarean section and initially thought to be a neoplasm on frozen section, is presented.
