Participación política y presupuestos de los partidos para la capacitación y liderazgo de las mujeres durante 2018 en Guanajuato

Abstract

This research of theorical and documentary type with different resources that along time had talked about the topic, will be composed of a first approach to the participation of women in Mexico since gender quotas began to be established in order to break this inequality gap in the political sphere. Then, as a measure to bridge these gaps, an affirmative action was proposed: the budget for the training and leadership of women, which will be presented in the annual work plans section. Following this, the representativeness of the women of the state of Guanajuato will be addressed where it was found that the gender quota is in form, but it has some limitations in the depth.
