Abstract

Teamwork and communication skills are indispensable soft skills in modern higher education, which directly affect students academic performance and future career development. Through the literature review, we can see that these competencies cover not only the multiple aspects of role allocation, resource sharing, task coordination and collective decision making, but also the effective transmission, acceptance and feedback of information. In higher education, teamwork and communication skills can promote students cooperation and communication in academic tasks, and foster their cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills in the socialization process. This paper aims to explore the development path of college students teamwork and communication skills, in order to provide practical reference for educators.
