Abstract

With the acceleration of globalization, cross-cultural communication has become a basic skill in modern society. English, as a bridge language for international communication, its education should not be limited to grammar and vocabulary training, but should be extended to cultural understanding ability cultivation. This paper discusses the measures for the integration of intercultural communicative competence and English education, aiming to improve the existing teaching methods to make them more in line with the needs of contemporary education, and to provide a strong support for students to communicate successfully in a diversified international environment.
