El inmigrante ante la sanción penal

Abstract

Al analizar distintas cuestiones de importancia referentes al tratamiento legal de la inmigración en nuestro país una de las cuestiones de mayor envergadura que se plantea va a ser el régimen en el que se encuentran estos extranjeros ante un enjuiciamiento por la comisión de una infracción delictiva, siendo éste además diferente cuando el inmigrante es adulto o cuando es menor de edad. Por este motivo en las siguientes líneas vamos a estudiar este tratamiento penal del inmigrante, primeramente cuando es adulto, para seguidamente detenernos en cuando es menor de edad; y finalmente realizaré unas consideraciones personales que espero inviten a la reflexión acerca de este tema tán controvertido y de tán difícil consenso.When we analyze various issues of importance concerning the legal treatment of immigration in our country one of the larger issues that arises will be the regime where are these aliens before a prosecution for the commission of a criminal offense being well it is different when the immigrant adult or when minor. For this reason in the following lines we will study the criminal treatment of immigrants, first as an adult, for then will stop in when you are a minor, and finally will realize some personal considerations that hopefully invite reflection on this topic as controversial and it so difficult for consensus.
