The implementation of construction project work cannot be separated from the possibility of a risk occurring, the risk can also be detrimental and have an impact on project achievement, as well as the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office Building project. This study aims to determine the risk factors, the level of risk and the dominant risk in the work of the lower structure of the construction project. The data was processed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to obtain the risk weight and then analyzed. The results of the analysis are obtained, there are 34 relevant risks, from the 34 relevant risks, 6 dominant risks are obtained and those that have an impact on costs, these risks are Landslides, Inaccurate soil data, Error in determining point and foundation dimensions, Error marking, Productivity Labor does not match estimates, Weak time control system. Meanwhile, the dominant risks and those that have an impact on time are 9 risks, namely Rain, Marking errors, Errors in assembling formwork, Labor productivity not as expected, Low tool productivity, Delays in ordering equipment, Damage to tools, Weak time control system, Absence time control information to monitor and analyze schedule estimation errors that affect project performance.
