Abstract

Are there really so many Moroccan immigrants or is it more a question of attitude and behaviour? This paper is an attempt to answer both questions. Firstly, to try to establish how many they are and their nationality, in which a conflict arises concerning their numbers. Secondly, we shall attempt to explain the attitude and opinion of the young people in Granada (between the ages of 14 to 25) in the face of these Moroccan immigrants. In order to do so, we shall refer to the results of the survey carried out within the Project, Cities against racism, "Granada, an integrating city", subsidised by the European Commission.
