PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA PAGAK BANJARNEGARA MELALUI TRANSFER TEKNOLOGI HIDROPONIK SAYURAN ORGANIK

Abstract

Pagak Village Purwareja Klampok District Banjarnegara currently continues to seek the development of natural resources through community empowerment towards the realization of agricultural-based tourism villages. One of the efforts made by the community is the development of organic hdiroponic vegetable technology. Organic vegetables are selected for healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly. The limited knowledge and understanding of the community about hydroponics technology becomes a problem to be solved. The objective of the activity is to transfer technology through education and community training activities to improve the knowledge, understanding, and capacity and technical skills of the community in the development of hydroponics technology. Assisting the development of Pagak Village as an agricultural based village. Community education activities are conducted through counseling on the development of organic vegetable hydroponics technology in support of agricultural-based tourism villages. While the training activities are conducted through demonstration directly make hydroponic nutrition of organic vegetables by utilizing natural ingredients around the environment or activities utilization of natural ingredients as hydroponic nutrients that can save production cost expenses. The results of the activities have implications for improving the knowledge and capacity and skills of the community in developing organic hydroponic vegetable technologies that are environmentally friendly. Increased community participation and motivation in tourism village development.
