Abstract

The CDER (Center for Drug & Evaluation and Research) from FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and Department of Health and Human Services of United States annually publishes a report that shows the last year approved drugs. The 2015 report highlighted the 41 new molecular entities (NMEs) approved in 2014. This paper aims the disclosure of that report and analyzes the chemical structures of NMEs.
