Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the roundhouse diagram on the biological learning of immune system materials on the learning outcomes of students. This type of research is quasi-experimental research, the population in this study is all students of class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Sunggal consisting of class XI MIA 1 which collects 30 students as the experimental class and class XI MIA 2 collects 30 students as control class. The instrument used to collect data is a multiple-choice test consisting of 30 questions. In this study, the average score of the pretest of the Roundhouse Diagram was 31.10, while the average value of the Conventional pretest was 26.80 and the average of the posttest results of the Roundhouse Diagram was 80.40, while the average was 66.40 for the Conventional. Data analysis using the Paired Samples Test showed that sig < 0.05 with a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05 with a t-count value of 26.790 and a t-table of 2.04 on the Roundhouse Diagram. There is an effect of the Roundhouse Diagram on student learning outcomes.
