Abstract

This overview is the first of 2 articles on the current evidence for management of the neck and parotid in cutaneous cancers of the head and neck. In this paper we discuss cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and review the latest evidence for management of the regional nodes. © 2014 The British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
