Transformasi Manajemen Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Melalui Media Digital Di PAUD AIS (Al Kahfi Islamic School) Batam

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation process of early childhood education management through the use of digital media at PAUD AIS (Al Kahfi Islamic School) Batam. In the digital era, educational management is required to adapt to developments in information technology. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of digital media at PAUD AIS Batam has a positive impact on the effectiveness of learning management, communication between teachers and parents, and the efficiency of school administration. However, obstacles remain, such as limited digital competency among some educators and suboptimal technological infrastructure. This study confirms that digital transformation in PAUD management is a necessary strategy to improve the quality of educational services in the modern era
