Abstract
As teenagers, vocational high school students are considered vulnerable to negative influences from the surrounding environment. This can lead to moral degradation for teenagers. In addition, based on the results of the evaluation of the quality targets for the first quarter of 2022, there were 4.3% of late arrivals and dress code. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of school culture in an effort to strengthen the character values of students at Vocational High School Wahidin Cirebon. This study uses a descriptive method to analyze the events that occurred during the course of the research object. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of school culture at Vocational High School Wahidin Cirebon is very good. This can be seen from the various school programs carried out to support the habituation process, the application of school rules, activities in creating the uniqueness of the school, increasing literacy and extracurricular activities, as well as stakeholder involvement. For this reason, school culture is one means to instill the value of one's character, but this also requires the cooperation of stakeholders.
