Abstract

Rural revitalization is a major strategy in the new era of socialism, and rural environmental governance has become the top priority for rural revitalization. This paper proposes the rural environmental governance mechanism of the rule of virtue and the rule of the people, and implements the rural environmental governance model with the villagers as the main body.
