PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, LIKUIDITAS, PROFITABILITAS, DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN TRANSPORTASI DAN LOGISTIK

Abstract

The value of the company is a very important because it shows the company's financial performance which will later make investors have the desire to invest in the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of firm size, liquidity, profitability, and capital structure on firm value in transportation and logistic companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The sample determination method used in the study was the purposive sampling method, and the sample was taken from 21 companies. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that firm size, liquidity, and profitability had a positive and significant effect on firm value, but the capital structure had a negative and significant effect on firm value in transportation and logistic companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018-2020 period.
