Abstract
The phenomenon of entrepreneurship has been considered an important mechanism to achieve the development of societies worldwide; however, it is only possible when innovative business ideas are promoted, thereby achieving a competitive advantage in a global context. The present study has as main objective to analyze the factors and interventions that facilitate the development of the Peruvian company, studying for it four elements: Financial education, planning, management and environment. The study that gave rise to this article was developed under a quantitative, descriptive approach. The population under study according to the technical report “Business Demography in Peru”, prepared by the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (2021), was made up of 2,054 enterprises created and registered in 2021, so at the time of the cycle of life study is two years. A sample of 746 businessmen to whom a questionnaire was applied was established. It was concluded that the development of a successful enterprise requires the understanding and management of aspects related to planning, management, financial education and the environment
