Abstract
Nowadays, attention to diversity is one of the challenges of the educative system. Faculty is the main agent of inclusive education and it is very useful to analyze their perceptions to identify the strengths and weaknesses of this process, which is the final objective of this research. For that, a self-assessment process was carried out in 20 primary schools from La Rioja. The instrument used was the Self-Assessment Guide for Attention to Diversity from Inclusion. The results show that the participants claim to share inclusive values and educative leadership that support inclusion.
