Abstract

The paper is devoted to blind separation of deterministic source signals based on time-frequency representations. Our main result is to show that the joint-diagonalization of a number of spatial quadratic transform matrices of the observation signals is sufficient for separation and we give the minimum number. A computer simulation illustrate the result. © Springer-Verlag 2004.
