Abstract

Assessment is a systematical process of collecting, analyzing and employing quantitative and qualitative data from different resources about educational programs, to improve student's learning, and to evaluate whether Program outcomes are being achieved or not. This paper presents rubric based assessment plan for Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) specified A-K Program outcomes evaluation for Computer Science program. This paper also demonstrates an effective and efficient practical approach to evaluate the Program outcomes for quality enhancement. © 2013 IEEE.
