Abstract
Glass-ceramics composites were produced based on fly-ash obtained from coal power stations, metallurgical slag from ferronickel industry and waste glass from TV monitors, windows and flasks. Using 50% waste flask glass in combination with fly ash and 20% waste glass from TV screens in combination with slag, E-modulus and bending strength values of the designed systems are increased (system based on fly ash: E-modulus from 6 to 29 GPa, and bending strength from 9 to 75 MPa). The polyurethane foam was used as a pore creator which gave the material porosity of 70(5% (fly ash-glass composite) and a porosity of 65( 5% (slag-glass composite). E-modulus values of the designed porous systems were 3.5(1.2 GPa and 8.1(3 GPa, while the bending strength values were 6.0(2 MPa and 13.2(3.5 MPa, respectively. These materials could be used for the production of tiles, wall bricks, as well as for the construction of air diffusers for waste water aeration.Staklo-keramika se moze napraviti od lebdeceg pepela, metalurske zgure i otpadnog stakla od TV monitora, prozora i ambalaze. Koristeci 50 mas% otpadnog ambalaznog stakla u kombinaciji sa lebdecim pepelom i 20 mas% otpadnog TV stakla u kombinaciji sa metalurskom troskom, vrednosti E-modula i jacine na savijanje su porasle od 6 do 29 GPa odnosno od 9 do 75 MPa sto se odnosi na kompozit lebdeci prah-staklo i od 29 do 47 GPa tj. od 51 do 63 MPa, za kompozit zgura-staklo. Koristeci poliuretan, kao kreator porozne strukture, postignuta je poroznost od 70(5% za kompozit na bazi lebdeceg praha i od 65(5% za kompozit na bazi zgure. Vrednosti E-modula za ove porozne sisteme se nalaze unutar intervala 3.5(1.2 GPa i 8.1(3 GPa, dok jacina na savijanje izmedju 6.0(2 MPa i 13.2(3.5 MPa. Ovako dobijen materijal moze se koristiti kao gradjevinski materijal, kao filter za gasove, ali i za dobijanje difuzora za biolosko preciscavanje otpadne vode.
