Abstract

Understanding the imaging of the hip joint can provide further detail and information needed to accurately diagnose the complexity of hip pain. MRI is an important modality for the evaluation of both intra-articular etiologies of hip pain such as labrochondral abnormalities and extra-articular etiologies such as ischiofemoral and iliopsoas impingements.
