Abstract
In the United States, there are too few graduates to satisfy the outrageous demand for qualified packaging personnel. Further, the competition converters face from end-users for those same graduates is overwhelming. To ease the situation, recruiters must entice students in converting. One way to do this is for them to know what students want by getting involved and by asking.
