ELEKTRONİK TİCARET VE MOBİL TİCARET ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME: META-ANALİZ ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

Elektronik ticaret; mal ve hizmetlerin üretim, reklam ve satışının internet üzerinden güvenli bir ortamda yapılmasıdır. Elektronik ticaret ve mobil ticaret hakkında değişik zamanlarda araştırmalar yapılmıştır. Ancak bu konular hakkında meta analiz çalışması sayısı yok denecek kadar azdır. Yapılan tespitin akademik düzeyde yürütülebilmesi için somut bilimsel verilere ihtiyaç olduğu açıktır. Bu amaçla “elektronik ticaret ve mobil ticaret” konusunda yapılan lisansüstü tezler, doktora tezleri, makaleler ve bildirilerin incelemeye tabi tutulmasının bu ihtiyacın karşılanmasına katkı sunacağı düşüncesiyle bu çalışma bibliyometrik bir analiz olarak planlanmış ve yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda doktora düzeyinde çok az sayıda çalışma yapıldığı görülmüştür. Bu araştırma tez başlıkları, makale ve bildiri bölümleri ile sınırlı tutulmuştur. Bu nedenle çalışma daha detaylı araştırmalara bir başlangıç niteliğinde kabul edilmelidir. Elektronik ticaret ve mobil ticaretin hayatımızda ki yeri ve önemi gün geçtikçe arttığı için bu alanda daha çok çalışma olması ülkemiz açısından ilerlememize de katkı sunacaktır.Electronic trade; The production, advertisement and sale of   goods and services are done in a secure environment over internet. Electronic commerce and mobile commerce have been investigated at different times. However, the number of meta-analytic work on these issues is negligible. It is clear that there is a need for concrete scientific data to be able to carry out the findings at the academic level. For this purpose, it has been thought that it will contribute to meet the need of examining postgraduate theses, doctoral dissertations, articles and notifications on "electronic commerce and mobile commerce". A bibliometric analysis method was used in this study. As a result of the research, it was found that 20 studies were done at the doctoral level in the field of electronic commerce and no doctoral studies were carried out in the field of mobile commerce. While a total of 208 graduate thesis studies were conducted in the field of electronic commerce, only 8 graduate thesis were written in the field of mobile commerce. This research is limited to thesis titles, articles and papers. For this reason, the study should be accepted as a starting point with more detailed research. Electronic commerce and mobile commerce to the place and importance in our lives day by day increased to be more work in this area will contribute to our progress in terms of Turkey.
