Abstract

After defining the intersubjective approach of the notion of psychic prison, this articles aims, in a first step, at specifying its various aspects within organisations and working relationships nowadays. First of all, the author shows seven of these aspects which aim at reducing otherness, neutralizing the desire of the other, depriving the individual from his subjectivity. However, after such a demonstration, the article emphasizes, through several examples, the ways by which such an alienated relationship can be passed round. This happens through the resistance of the «real», strategic behaviours, irony and transitional spaces, either spontaneous or constructed ones, which allow for the unmasking of perverse processes and the keeping of free will.
