Abstract

A computer program, CASPER, for structural analysis of oligo- and polysaccharides has been developed. Simple chemical analyses and NMR data (1H and/or 13C NMR chemical shifts and 1JC, H and 3JH, H coupling constants) are used for determination of the structure. © 1989 IUPAC.
