Abstract
Biofeedback is a way to learn how to regulate body function and control through a series of training sessions. Using biofeedback training in sports science to adjust the level of sports arousal can also enhance athletes’ control ability. In this article, literature is used to explain the overview of biofeedback training, its application in sports science, problems and prospects.
