Abstract
Selection of project implementation method is very important, because with correct implementation method it can give maximum results especially in terms of cost and time. One of the ways is replace conventional methods into modern ones. It raises to innovations in construction implementation methods that reduce wood material as formwork. In this study, the comparisons between conventional deck method, precast segment and bond deck in terms of time, cost and structure taken sampling from one floor which is fifth floor. Precast method used Hollow Core Slab (HCS). The required data are working drawings, budget estimate plan, Master Scedule, and AHSP Palembang 2017. Result of analysis in term of cost hollow core slab method is 8.45%, bigger than conventional method. Cost of bond deck method 9.56% is saving than conventional method. Implementation of hollow core slab and bond deck method 27,3% faster than conventional methods, the difference in moment of the hollow core slab method to the conventional method is 2,47%, or moment in the hollow core slab plate is bigger than conventional plate. On bond deck because of working moment is assumed same with conventional method, moment percentage is 0%..
