Abstract
It is shown that matrix elements of physical quantities associated with resonance states can be calculated in the framework of the complex scaling method. The √ values of resonance states are discussed in comparison with the results calculated by a convergence factor method. The E1 transition matrix elements are also discussed for the purpose of investigation on the dipole strength distribution of resonance states.
