Abstract

PT. Astra International Tbk-Honda (Astra Motor Indralaya) is a company which is engaged in the sale of products and services. Astra Motor often has problems such as product information distribution using brochure causing the effort not to be maximum. It also causes information delivery to customers to be inaccurate. There is also another problem which is the booking time that takes too long either for a motorcycle or spare parts. Therefore, the researchers are attempting to make a software using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) by leveraging web services technology. SOA is a form of technology architecture that follows the principles of service orientation (service-oriented).
