Abstract

Billiary tract involvement in the course of disseminated histoplasmosis has been rarely reported. Here we present a severely immunosuppressed HIV-infected patient who presented with symptomatic acalculous cholecystitis caused by Histoplasma capsulatum. © 2011 Alave et al.
