Abstract
Environment monitoring is an essential application of wireless sensor networks. In this paper, we extend our previous work of a bio-inspired patrolling algorithm based on digital pheromone with prioritized events in which we attempt to allow mobile robots handle as many high priority events as possible. © 2013 IEEE.
